    About reservation and use

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    [Check-In]
    Glamping: 3:00PM – 7:00PM
    Auto Camping & RV Park: 2:00PM – 7:00PM

    [Check-Out]
    All accommodations: By 10:00AM
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are welcome in the Suite Cabin (Pet-Friendly), Auto Camp, and RV Park areas.
    We kindly ask that dogs wear pet diapers during their stay.
    Please also present proof of vaccination at check-in.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, we offer free parking for all guests.
  • Is identification required at check-in?
    Guests of non-Japanese nationality are required to present their passports, and a copy will be taken at check-in. Please be sure to bring it with you.
  • Can minors stay without a guardian?
    Yes, minors may stay unaccompanied with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
    A signed consent form is required.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Yes, cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
    • 15 days prior: 30% of the accommodation fee
    • 10 days prior: 50% of the accommodation fee
    • From 5 days prior to the day before: 80% of the accommodation fee
    • On the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee

    Please make cancellations through the reservation confirmation email you received.
    However, if you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, cancellation fees will be waived, even within these periods.
  • Is late check-out available?
    Yes, late check-out is available upon request.
    An additional fee of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged and payable on-site.
  • What payment methods are available?
    At the property, you can pay by cash, major credit cards, or QR code payments.
    Advance payment by credit card is also available.
    The available payment brands are as follows:

    Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay

    QR Code Payments:
    PayPay, d-Barai, Merpay, au PAY, Alipay, WeChat Pay

  • May I invite friends or acquaintances who are not registered guests to the facility?
    We kindly ask for your understanding that, in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, the use of the facility is strictly limited to registered guests only.
    We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

    • About rooms

  • What is the capacity?
    The Suite Cabins (including pet-friendly cabins) accommodate up to 7 guests, while the Standard Cabins accommodate up to 6 guests.
  • How many beds are there?
    Each cabin has 4 single beds.
    If your group exceeds this number, additional bedding will be provided.

  • Is it allowed to bring fire-related equipment?
    We’re sorry, but bringing any fire-related equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • Are air conditioning and other climate control facilities available?
    Each cabin is fully equipped with air conditioning.
  • Are there bathrooms and toilets?
    Each cabin is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet.
    *Please note that the camping and RV park areas have shared toilet and shower facilities.
  • Are there any important notes for using the sauna?
    Please bring swimwear when using the sauna.
    For guests without swimwear, rental swimsuits are available.
    Rental fees are 1,000 yen for women and 500 yen for men.

    • About staying with dogs

  • Are there limits on the number or breeds of dogs allowed?
    Yes, you can stay with up to 3 small dogs, 2 medium dogs, or 1 large dog.
  • What is required when staying with a dog?
    At check-in, please present a valid rabies vaccination certificate or other proof of vaccinations issued by a veterinarian.
  • Is there a fee for staying with dogs?
    Yes, the following fees apply:
    Auto Camp:
    1,000 yen per dog (all sizes)

    RV Park:
    500 yen per dog (all sizes)

    Glamping:
    Small dog: 3,000 yen per dog
    Medium dog: 4,000 yen per dog
    Large dog: 5,000 yen per dog

  • Is it available to bring food and drinks?
    Yes, guests are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
